My order hasn't arrived but it says "Delivered"

We cannot assist you in working out a settlement with the courier, unless they are immediately notified.

I just ordered an item that says "pre-order" How long will it take to arrive?

If you purchased an item on Pre-Order, the product page will have a "Estimated Arrival to us: [date]" in red text. That's the estimated date we are expected to receive the item in our warehouse.

The date provided on all Pre-Ordered merchandise is an ESTIMATE not a guarantee. This date is provided to give an idea of an approximate timeframe that we expect to receive shipment of the Pre-Order to our warehouse and in turn prepared for delivery to our customers. The specified date in NO WAY means you will receive your item on that date. Upon arrival to our warehouse, all orders are prepared for delivery. Order Preparation and delivery for Pre-Ordered Merchandise can take up to 5-7 business days depending on the order demand, so please allow the necessary time.

Please check the website for any updates or transit delays. You may cancel your order at anytime prior to the order being shipped. *CREDIT CARDS CHARGED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

Expedited Shipping (Overnight, 2-day, Express Saver) selected for Pre-Ordered Merchandise does not apply to the order until the item has arrived and is available to ship.

Also, If you purchase multiple items in one order along with a *Pre-Order item, both items will ship together upon arrival of the Pre-Order Item. If you need items to ship separately it is best to purchase the items separately as shipping rates apply for double shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We deliver worldwide via DHL Express. For exact rates and delivery timeframes to your location please attempt the checkout process.

Am I responsible for duties & taxes?

Yes.

AMINAH ABDUL JILLIL is not responsible for duties and tax fees on international shipments. All such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I return my shoes?

We accept returns of new, unworn items that are in Original Condition and Original packaging for Exchange or Store Credit only – No Refunds. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

To ensure that your exchange will be accepted It is important that all shoes are first tried on to determine if the fit, size, style etc are suitable for you. We recommend trying your shoes on carpet. Any hard surface may scuff the bottom of the shoes. We do NOT accept returns on merchandise that have visible scratches, marks, dirt on the outer sole. Items returned in these conditions will NOT be accepted and returned at your expense.

How much can I get refunded?

Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund?

We cannot take responsibility for return shipping costs at this time.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

Do you offer warranty for your products?

AMINAH ABDUL JILLIL guarantees its products for 1 year from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers only items that present a manufacturing fault, and does not cover damages arising from accident, wear and tear, misuse, or from any alteration.

Please note that some styles may be irreparable depending on the materials used and the age of the product, and that repairs may be chargeable.
